Disc stuck in console

Can anyone tell me how to retrieve a disc stuck in the Wii console?

how does a disk get stuck in a wii? all u do is slide it in lol i put a game in backward accidently before and it didnt get stuck it came out like normal

sometimes they don't go in right, or they get bumped and stuck.
