Guys this from the Nintendo forums
"I spoke with a Service Rep, they didn't know what I was referring to, so I asked to speak with a supervisor. They actually put me through to a supervisor which was surprise #1. After explaining the situation about DKC, the Supervisor checked into it and as it turns out...there is a "slight" issue with the emulation of the game so it will be released sometime "later" today."
Just like I thought so we have to wait a couple more hours for the game, this sucks but it reallt sucks for anyone knot over here on the West coast seeign how it could be night for you before it its released.
