Do you think if you own, and still have some N64 games, that you might want to play that Nintendo would let you have them sent to you Wii without charge since you already bought the game. Why should they make you buy it again.

Unless Nintendo has a really good production system database I think it would be impossible to prove that you actually have a genuine game for one of the older systems.
