ds wfc error code 85020

can anyone help me caused i've tried everything i can find on this error code but getting nowhere.
I am trying both mario kart and tetris online and get as far as searching for opponents then i get "you were disconnected from nintendo wfc error code 85020"

Just enter the code into the search box and hit the search button.
But I think that the cause of the current disconnections is that Nintendo are working on their servers, so I think they are down at the moment.

thanks for the help, from the link you gave me it say's "nintendo wifi experiencing intermittent problems , please try later"

at least i know i didn't mess up the connection from my end.

i also kept on getting error 85020 on Mario Kart DS (don't know about other games!) but they seem to have fixed the servers now (as of 15:23pm) and i am playing away!
