Error 61010

Hey, I'm trying to connect online on Mario Strikers Charged. When i try to connect online I keep getting Error 61010 and then it says something about the communication. I havn't had this problem until today, I have managed to connect once or twice but even when i connect to the lobby, when I click to battle people I get the Error 86070 constantly

Can anyone help me?

Between noon and 1pm eastern i had the same problem, something on nintendos end. it happens to me once or twice a week.
