Error Code 110213

Ok guys we got a Wii. We have been trying to get it online when the thing keeps giving us the error 110213. My ps3 and my XboX 360 both work fine but the DS and Wii have been having problems. Any ideas as to why this is happening ?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but... you need a new Wii I got this one with my launch system. Call Nintendo and you'll get a new Wii shipped to you.

Great. thats what i had heard. It's not mine its my little brothers. i've been working on it all day and to no avail. What is the problem for this ?
