Excite Truck vs NFS:C

Everyone seems to say that Excite Truck is loads of fun and most people don't like NFS so much. Just curious for those who have played both (I've only played NFS:C) what makes excite truck so much better and more fun. Just curious cause I'd love to get a racing game and I didn't think NFS was a game to buy (I rented it).

i only rented excite truck, but it was easier to play and more like an arcade game compared to nfs. but they're both fun when you learn the controls.

if you want my advice, get excite truck for the pure reason that it is produced by Nintendo and they hardly ever make a bad game.

never played nfs but excite truck is good.
although kinda shallow and weak on the track layout side(compare to MK)

I might get excite truck at some point, if the price goes down at all. I'm having loads of fun with SSX and I still haven't finished zelda so no hurry.

technically, you are supposed to have the nunchuck in, but you can drive without it, its mainly used for looking at the car when you customise it.
