Forgot Wii Username, Recoverable?

Yea, well that's what happens when I try and get tooooo creative, trying to include "Wii" into my username. Does anyone know how to recover it if you forget it? And where do you get that long number from?

p.s. I already did a bit of searching here, and on My Nintendo before posting this before you jump on me (you know who you are)

and if you mean your nickname of the console it can be changed anytime...
