Frustration because of Wii U Ninja Gaiden II.

Hello, i have had a wii u for about a month now.. And have been playing ninja gaiden 3 and other games.. I have a problem though.
In ninja gaiden, at the fourth day part, you are walking along a corridor holding a child./.. you then have to walk through a hallway where zombies move about left and right of the path.. Now here is my issue.
I have been trying the last four days to do this right.. but every time i try i fail. It sometimes shows zl and y in grey.. but for fractions of a millisecond almost.
then the same buttons in red..
The red ones never seem to get fixed right. So i can't get beyond this bit.. Did i find a bug? Or is it my equipment or something?

Ehm i meant ninja gaiden 3.. It's not been out for long.
As to other games?
I have
James Bond : legends
Epic mickey 2
And nintendo land.

Ah as to the few games, i bought my wii u a month ago. And there where few games out that where any good.
so i went for stuff i liked, and the rest could enjoy or which was just for them, like mickey.
