I don't know if anyone on here is into old school R&B/funk...

but James Brown died early this morning.

and, stealing this from a post in another forum I cruise, I've decided to celebrate Funkmas next Dec. 25th.

"As of now, December 25th will become Funkmas, a celebration of all things James Brown. Funkmas lights and Funkmas adverts for Funkmas gifts, with James Brown as the soundtrack. Funkmas cards will be lovingly adorned with his image, and Funkmas midnight mass will be just kick-ass."

Yeah was gonna make a thread about this, I didn't really listen to his music, but you could always tell it was him when he came up on the radio, and it wasn't this morning he died, it was yesterday morning (unless your not from UK ) R.I.P to him.
