ill volunteer to host, i have a good connection a lot of people say
but id pefer someone who feels they arent "godlike" and has a good connection to host, like, if you feel youve havent played it in ages and you never really got into it or something, you should host, so you get the advantage.

as for time, it would make more sense to do a 2v2 style tourney..if we have enough at least..cause if we just did 4v4 and what not it wouldnt really be a tourney and also, we wouldnt really need a specific time, we could just keep track of matches on a thread and the teams battling could decide where to battle, who hosts, and what not.
