Getting the same messages from Nintendo EVERY day

So I get the same messages from Nintendo every single day. Why do they send me a message EVERY day letting me know that the user agreement has changed, that Metroid Prime 3 now has a review channel, the remote jacket offer, the check mii out channel, etc....

I delete them all, because my system is fully updated already, yet I get the same messages again later the same day and/or the next day.

not me... that's a weird problem... hmm try turning the nintendo messages off and turning them back on again

I left them on there today, we'll see if they come back tomorrow.

If they do, I'll try this one

omg not just you, i get the same messages from them everyday. i just got tired of deleting them so i left them and they eventually disappeared
