What is the best way to learn Blender? I would very much like to improve, but I don't know where to start. The first project I've made is 3D Waluigi (Video Here) but I would like to improve.

Got any tips?

dont know if this will help much but here is a few tutorials for beginners

Create your own character.
Copying something else is too easy, creating your own is much more difficult and teaches you more things than you would have learned copying waluigi.

:yikes: Heresy! :yikes:

Making your own character you have to determine how tall he'll be, how fat he'll be, what he IS aka animal or not. if so animal then different bone structures to move him. etc etc.
Copying waluigi you already know all of it.

It's too pixeled/ or if you were using photoshop lingo, I'd go with an abundance of "noise".

Maybe do work in Blender than fix it up in PS?

Click it to enlarge.

It looks "noisy" deliberately because I thought it gave it a nice cartoony look.

Here is a cleaner pic:

Cool but one question, what are those black dots on his eyes? XD
Yeah I didn't see them till after.

I think it is his eyes poking through his eyelids.

I will fix it :yesnod:

Ahh, I like the cleaner one personally, the noisy version looks like a low-quality version and isn't all that more cartoony. Try maybe going into Photoshop, duplicating the layer, using cutout (filter) and maybe erasing everything but areas of the skin and uniform to create a more cartoony look?

its not a blender tip but it is worth the download?
would it work easier on a touchpad(laptop) or a mouse
Much easier on a mouse.

Blender is free to download though, so you've nothing to lose.
