Recommend Planet Rock. Manchester Rock radio, Aural Moon (very prog, but have found some great bands on there. Big Elf, RPWL and some times they play full albums)

i spoke too soon they were back on the go in hours but they made it sound like a big deal i was soooooo worried. i will venture into internet radio someday though, thanks.
