Guitar Hero 5 stole my points!

I paid £21 for 3000 points so I can download songs. I got to the last one and the two arms that eventually join together to signal that the download is complete was not happening. They travelled so far and stopped so I cancelled the download and wanted to try again. The next thing that happened was a screen came up saying that I had no points left!

I'm pretty angry about this, does anybody know what I can do to reclaim those points?

I checked the song list in the game to be sure and it's definitely not there.

That's quite the glitch... You'd likely have to contact either Nintendo or one of the publishers. I'm not sure which company t' get in touch with however, sorry to say.
