Guitar Hero III Wii or PS2?

I cant make up my mind. Do I wait for it for the wii?
Or do I get it now for PS2?
Whick one will look better in 480p?
Will they both be the same?
Will the wii version have cool features like mii's playing in the band?
Will the guitar be a wiitar?:lol:
What are your thoughts on this?

im going to look and see what the diffrences are first. if the wii has more stuff then i wil go with that. if its the same as the ps2 version then i will go with that. that way i dont have to buy another guitar.

if guitar hero is stupid then so are u. whats so hard about matching colors? you must be one of those people that suck on easy. so the game sucks. thats the point its a game. people dont want to be murderers but will play a game about.

just people want to "play" a guitar game but dont really want to learn the guitar. that takes longer to get down than the game.

When I heard it was coming out for Wii I was excited, but kinda pissed. I already have two guitars for PS2, and both games. So now I have to spend the money to buy the guitar again when it comes out for Wii.


I mean I'm still gonna get it for the Wii....I wonder what the guitar is going to look like for Wii. Maybe Red Octane will make more options than just one.

I hope it's not white and an awesome design as far as form wait for it on Wii. The PS2 version doesn't have online, and the Wii version will have a lot of updated stuff and downloadable content

Let's hope it better than X-box 360's song packs.

Rather than just selling songs from GH1, why not give some new songs?

the only reason they did that was so that you could play the old songs with the gh2 format. hammer ons and pull off were harder to do on one than two.
what i dont know is did they add bass and rythum tracks to the old songs for multiplayer?

Right, I can't count how many time I say "God I wish I could hammer these" when I'm playing Frankenstien or something on GH1. That's good and all, but I would rather have new songs. I was actually wondering the same thing about rhythm and bass parts on those.

Actually those are artist inspired mock ups. Doesn't mean those are official or even what the Wii controller will look like. But for the most part that design would be cool (minus the white).

In a recent interview President of RedOctane, Kai Huang spilled some beans regarding the Wii version of Guitar Hero 3.

Firstly, Kai commented the development team were excited about using the Wiimote in creative ways, but the game itself will be played using a guitar accessory similar to previous titles.

GH3 Wii allows online play and will also feature downloadable music tracks. It's currently scheduled for an Autumn release
