This is just ... wow.

Ben Heckendorn has managed to create an Xbox 360 laptop within the space of three months. The unit weighs approximately 14 pounds, is 2.8 inches thick and, more importantly, can play Dead Rising. Through an intricate process that undoubtedly involved soldering, bending and the use of arcane magic, Ben combined the 17" HD monitor, Wi-Fi adapter, a keyboard and a water-cooling system with the innards of an Xbox 360

Yea in all fairness a networked Xbox make great media centres. I used to have one with an 80gb drive, really wish i still had that.

a modded xbox is the ultimate. you can put any size HDD in it, play game right off the HDD, stream music, pics, and videos too it, mod the games like you can with PC games, change the dashboard (most popular one is a shitty one called Evox) and the best thing is an app called XBMC (Xbox Media Center). it is by far the best app for the xbox. some people even use the app as their main dashboard. the way you mod it is by eather soldering a modchip into it (they have solderless adaptors which alot of people think suck but ive had a solderless one in mine for 3 years now and it never came loose) or buy doing a soft mod (however this way is kinda risky because you can really mess up your xbox)

That's Freaking Awesome!

I Need To Try That With My Cousins 360!
