Hello. I'm new. I got the Wii today. My question is can i get the Web browser for the Wii with dail up?

Welcome to the forums!!!
You more than likely wont be able to get the Web Browswer with dial up. You need a router of sorts to connect your wii up to the net, WiiConnect24 etc, and I dont believe it works with dial up, although I have heard some people having success with it, IMO it wouldn't be worth it with dial up anyway.
