Hey welcome to the forum Ray. I suggest on checking out the "Site Feedback Library" thread. That thread contains general forum information including the site rules and how to send private messages.

If you want to send a private message to a user click on their user name and just choose the option "send private message". Also instead of double posting etc just use the edit button if you wish to add something to your post.
