Help... AGain lol!!

Ok, i found the 3rd monkey and saved him and found the piece of heart. Now what the heck do i do? I have been through i think every "circle door" but i have no idea where to go.. Please help thx..

We havent been to the one door that has a monster blocking it but i cant find a way to get over there from the bridge..
and i found the Gate with the bars and i dont know how to get through it.. there is no lock
