I found the first camera crew guy, but I havent found the other one, I've been looking everywhere but no luck. Where do I find him?

You need to flip to 3D when you take the mine rail when you take it. Don't take the one the goes does loops, take the one that doesn't have loops, flip to 3D and you will see a gap in the wall, go through it by turning. You will find him.
