I am at the part where you find the little dragon guy ,and i have all the water built up and the hammer thing is up fully too.How do i make the hamer fall?

Pretty sure this is the stage you're talking about..If not, sorry. Here's the solution, courtesy of Setroid from gamefaqs dot com.

·Click the statue that is holding a container of water

·Click the baby and pull it's tail (hard)

·Move along the top till you find the first goon

·Turn the goon into a totem

·Pick him up

·Continue on and go down the ramp towards the corner

·Click the statue that is holding a container of water

·Click the baby and pull it's tail

·Go up the ramp and down the other

·Place the totem in the silver totem holder

·Stay on this floor and go across to the puzzle

·Move the left lever down, center in the mid position, right
in the down position now click the yellow button at the top

·Move back by the goon and up the ladder

·Turn the goon into a totem

·Take him down the ramp on the left and place him in the holder

·Pick up the totem in the silver holder

·Take him all the way back to the beginning and down that ramp

·Place him in the holder in the far corner

·Go back to the ladder and climb up

·Click the statue that is holding a container of water

·Click the baby and pull it's tail

·Click the puzzle

·Move the left lever to mid position, center in the up position,
right in the mid position now click the yellow button

·Turn the last goon into a totem

·Click the statue that is holding a container of water

·Click the baby and pull it's tail

·Pick up the totem and place it in the holder by the hammer's base

·Climb up the hammer

·Wait for the fire ball scene and click the ladder before it hits

·Get the chest

STAGE CLEARED!
