I dont think a wii from japan will play uk games and you may need a power transformer
and not all wii's come with sports

It took you 25 minutes to answer. Another great feature of search is it's amazing ability to give you instant answers! Instead of waiting impatiently, the OP could've found a DEFINITE answer in under 1/10th the time it took for someone to reply with a hazy one.
