In order to view your profile and or others you probably need at least 10-15 posts. However this doesn't mean you have to spam to gain that "x" amount of posts. For more information on accounts and privileges I suggest on checking out the FAQ's and going through the various guides there. Also try checking out the site feedback library which offers some guides on posting etc. Finally next time please try and post your questions in the site feedback section.
