Hello everyone from a guy anticipating the arrival of his new Wii! *waves*

I just bought it and it's arriving today so I'm pretty excited. Can't WAIT to start playing!

I am a long time gamer, starting out with the 8 bit standard NES way back when. My how things have changed, and for the better!! If this becomes anything like my former Nintendo addiction I'm in for hours upon hours of game play. Hehehe.

I hope you managed to get a good deal on your console - there are plenty around. Did you get any good games with it ?

Yup, the addiction's in full swing, and I LOVE MY Wii! Two hours last night and two hours tonight. Totally addicted to Wii sports.

@bikertov- I got the Wii from Amazon, so I got it retail ($199...still not that bad). I also got the Balance Board w/Wii Fit Plus. I have other games I'm going to get upon payday next week, including Mario, Zelda, and Wii Sports Resort.

@1337endo - No need to learn to love it - I already do despite the computer beating me constantly...which will get better as I get better at these games!
