Hi, New to this site, and have a problem?

trying to get on my wi fit and my "hand" icon has dissapeared so cant "click" on anything, have changed batteries in remote, the home button works and can go left and right on remote but i keep waving the remote around at the telly and nothing, please help

it could be a number of different things really. i suggest starting with this:

and maybe look at that long thread devoted to wiimote problems.
