How do i set a profile picture?

You go to user CP.User CP is at the top next to arcade and active topics.When your there,go to your control panel,the frist one says edit your detail then,edit your profile pic.Click there.Just download the pic you want to your computer and then download it here.Or get the url of the pic and put it where it says put url here.If you do the url thing make sure the pic isnt too big.
