I think I need the Wii's MAC code to enable it to connect to my Wireless network.
How do I do this?
i think its on the Wii options some where.
What? Just use wep keys and be done with it, else good luck taking the wii apart to find the MAC code....
It's under the internet settings. If I could access my Wii right now I'd figure it out exactly. I think if you try and set up a new connection somewhere along the process it'll give you the MAC address. (If what I wrote was incorrect in some way someone please correct me)
i am pretty sure thats how it is lars
1. From the Wii Channel menu, select "Wii Settings" (the round button on the bottom-left of the screen with "Wii" on it).
2. Select "Internet," then "Console Settings."
3. The MAC address of the Wii console is displayed on the first line.
whats a mac adress?
Similar to an IP address, except its tied the the hardware so it doesn't change (unless you manually change it through software)
