What the other guy said. If it's already on your PC, just upload it by browsing for it. What problems are you running into?

Ok... Let me try do that first then come back if I got issues. Ok as if you can, see it worked... F- I - N- A -L -L- Y!!! Now my Signature pic not working!!! Yes I did click "insert Signature picture"

1. Edit Signature
2. Insert Image
3. Type in the URL of the Image. (You can find that by left-clicking on the picture and selecting "Copy Image URL" and then Pasting it)
4. You're finished. Save the new signature.
