How good are powerplaydirect.com? :-(

Hi - I ordered Mario Strikers Charged on the 22nd from powerplaydirect.com, noting that it seemed to be the cheapest of any supplier; the order status updated to show it was dispatched on the 24th, my credit card was charged for it then, and I've still received no item. Has anyone had any experience with these guys, and are delays normal with them?

Just did a google search, apparantly they suck with delivery :S

I'd phone them up if it doesn't arrive tomorrow. I almost pre-ordered from them too, but I decided not to pre-order online because of the risk of a delayed dispatch/delivery. Asda were selling them on the day for an extra 70p. Sometimes the cheapest option isn't always the best.

Well, it arrived yesterday, so a week and a day after despatch, it seems they are based in Guernsey and send via 2nd class post; which would explain the delay!

I pre-ordered my copy from play.com and got it a day before release
