How long does it take for the friends you register to turn black and be active, instead of unactive.

Someone said they have added me, and I have added them, and they are still light grayish.

it usually doesnt happen for me right away either. i even play TP and still nothing, when i added them well after they registered me.

i'd say if it isnt up by tomorrow be suspicious.
mines always fine when i wake.
