The search button is your friend. Nintendo has said it isn't going to be over 250$ American and the release date hasn't been said yet.

They say that it will be under $250 US, but look through history (indirectly quoted from here)....
NES released (as a package) for $199US
SNES released at $199US
N64 released at $199US
GameCube relased at $199US

are we seeing a pattern here?
