How to get on the internet through the Wii

Sorry, I'm new, and I just got my Wii yesterday. Can someone please help me on how to get onto the internet through the Wii. I am already connect to the WiFi. But I don;t know how to browse and do all the cool things!

Also, can you play online games against others with Wii Sports?

Well to get on the internet you have to buy the Internet Channel for 500 Wii Points or $5 USD

Wii Sports Cannot be played online, For Now Only Mario Strikers Charged and Pokemon Battle Revolution can be played online =[.

anything that is remotely cool about the wii internet is negated by the fact that theres no keyboard.

And the browser is lacking in other areas as well... why couldn't they base it on the gecko (firefox) code, instead of stupid opera.
