How to turn off a Wiimote...

Ok I know this sounds kinda retarded, but how do I turn off a Wiimote without turning off the system , ie. My brother goes to sleep and stops playing but I keep playing...

My 2nd player battery is almost allready dead...

demon slayer had it right, it will turn off automatically after a few mins. just don't move it

oh ok, weird then cuz my 2nd player Wiimote is dead when my 1st player has 2/3 power...

I've been wondering the same thing myself for a little bit.

I wonder if future Firmware Updates on the Wii will lead to DVD reading for playing DVD's and that tapping the power button on the Wii-mote will allow for turning off the Wii-mote and not the whole unit.

nah also if you turn off your system all the wii motes turn off automaticaly also if you don't want to go threw tons of AA batteries do what i do and after the original batteries wear out buy rechargable ones or wait for the charger stand to come out.
