Hylia Shrine?

In the shring place at Lake Hylia, i Noticed there are some high placed grapple circles (Red/yellow) , i was wondering is there anyway to reach these i tried to find a way up but only managed to shoot he one above the entrance but it does'nt lead anywhere,

i know in the shrine theres a door a the back leading to another heart pace but these go somewhere else?

You need the double clawshot. Once you have that you can clawshot from the target above the entrance to the other ones.

Its just another clawshot. Not that great.
