I bought a game, but it won't play... HELP!

I purchased Sim City last night for my wii... when I go to the game, and click it, the screen on my LCD tv goes blue and says 'unsupported' or something like that... any idea why I can play my wii but when I try to go to this game it won't allow it? It's the only game I've purchased online as of yet... HELP!!!

sim city ? there isn't a sim city game out for the wii

I purchased it via the wii console, on the buy it now type thing they have for old school games. It's from the SNES. It won't play.

It's for the VC...hmn, I think other people have reported this problem...I dunno what the problem is though.
