I finally found the secret merchant underground guy.

Finally.. everyone in the game has been talking about him and I never knew where he was. To those of you who havent found him:

Go down to the bottom underground floor with the one store and the little water thing to the right. jump in the water and keep moving right then swim up. hes up there. (if you released the fish hes down there too.
