I need help fixing a game disk!

I buy my games from ebay. You add $3.00 to the game ur perchasing and theyll give you 1 year insurance. even if you brak it yourself theyll give you another disk but its only covers 2 years.

Go soak a CD in water, Wipe it all off and wait a few minutes then try it out. I bet you it works fine. The only part that gets read on a CD is the bottom surface it its totally enclosed in plastic.
 
toothpaste + baking soda = bad

For toothpaste, you take the toothpaste and a cloth and rub it over the disc. Then, you take another cloth/towel and pour some water onto it and clean off the disc. After that, dry the disc and it should work.
