This is total BS! They're patent is so un-specific, it's like saying "We invented the wheel, and now you are using it on your bicycle, so now we sue you."

This is the 4th time I have to say, this means nothing.

There was a lawsuit last june, and in august against microsoft and nintendo both about controller patents.

Nintendo is not screwed. Nintendo won't lose the law suit.

Some pissass company is just trying to make a profit off the wiimotes.
