Sukapon. Like Ray Man, but more Nintendo and less Ubisoft.

It was Nintendo's first 1st Party game, so it has historical value to Nintendo. It kind of set the stage for Smash Bros.

Because his character design is so similar. I personally think that it'd be a bit weird for the both to be in. I have nothing to back that up, though. It's just my opinion.

Just saying that Nintendo could put in Sukapon and not have to pay anything.
