In game pings

I don't own a Wii on-line game and was wondering if you can see the pings for gaming.
Do you get a option of servers you can join like in a pc on-line game that show pings e.t.c ?

seriously, i have no idea, but surely someone more knowledgeable
will be able to answer your question.
but, seeing as it's nintendo, i doubt that information would be freely
available....i'm unsure that you can even get to see your Wii IP
