do you have a certain bandwith you can't exceed or something????cause the wii if you have it on is using bandwith at all times even when shut off...ie wiiconnect 24
it doesn't matter what you guys are saying because the Wii is just going to take as much as it can get and most of time it doesn't even affect your computer or anything. actually, I've never seen it affect the speed of anything else.
i leave my wii on and i have never had a drop in speed so i would sayy it should be fine if you are having a problem with the speed of your net and u are using a router check the settings and make sure that is not slowing you down...just a thought
