Probably so, although it may continue to work like this for an indefinite period of time. Your video shows what it typically looks like when the graphics chip is dying.

Have you checked the video cables? It could be a faulty wire. Of course I'm only trying to be positive! =)

i have this problem and happens on all my games even VC.

its minor so im used to it.

if it's a graphics card problem why not order a new one or send it to nintendo "but call first"

cables are fine

already called, 85 bucks and a one year warranty.
