Only thing you can unlock quickly is Rosalina. If you happen to have a Super Mario Galaxy save, you'll get her automatically.
Other than that, you gotta earn that s**t. Takes a while, but that's kinda the point.

Yep. Since there's no alternative ways to unlock junk, just win every cup on every setting. You could probably look up the rewards for every cup on a Mario Kart wiki or somethin', see if there's anything you want to skip if you're not playing the game just to go 100%. It'd save some time if you're lazy like me. :lol:
