Issue with my Avatar.

The Avatar I'm trying to use is 150x100 (maximum size.) like the guidelines say and its below the max file size, and uploads fine but for some reason it isn't coming out to say hello in my posts.

Anyone know whats up?

My signature did this too, I just had to find a smaller one. ._.

It's pretty bizzare, I downsized it to 80x74, and it's a Gif which is pretty much exactly the same as the (working) default ones.. still not working yet.
