Well, I've just come back from school. At 9.00 PM :incazzato: . I've just had to choose my options.
    I've opted for...

    Mathematics
    Statistics
    English Literature
    English Language
    Sciences
    Religious Education
    Physical Education
    Personal, social, and Health Education
    Citizenship
    Geographical Studies
    Fine Art
Then I'll be taking an Additional I.C.T Course outside of school, and I'll take the GCSE in school.

So has anybody else Chosen their Options yet?

    Your in tenth? Aren't you 14? I'm 15 and I'm in ninth.

I thought it was kind of fun how you said options since here that is what the classes for mentally challenged kids are called.

I don't remember exactly what classes I'm going to be taking but I will say what I remember.
    Programming A
    Programming B
    Word Processing
    Web Design
    AP Biology
    History
    English
    Geometry
    Weights
    Health
    Fitness for Life
That might be all of them but I'm not sure.

I'm sure I'll be fine with it. I already do work meant for students several years ahead of Myself. Besides, I have no choice in the Matter when it comes to Statistics. If you're Successful in other Exams, and You're in the highest Sets, Statistics is Compulsary. But Yeah, I'm sure I'll be fine. I could pass my GCSE's with flying colours now if i wanted to, and still get A's and B's!

I love being Top set.. And considering All the extra work i do for the school (Several Websites, Design, write, print, put together and distribute the school newspaper [With Connor and Gemma, couldn't do that on my own] I also do the school readings, and help out on any events that come up really) You get treated more like a Friend to the teachers, rather than a Student.

Don't get me wrong, I mess round with my Mates all the time. Have fun winding up some teachers (Cough* Geography).
But I like writing the School Newspaper. I like doing their website, I like doing..Well, i like doing this other scheme our school has that's top secret at the moment >.<, And i like helping out at events!
And if you think about it, It's better to be in Authority's good books, rather than bad, eh?

    Well, Each to their Own.
And of course I don't get Payed. If that was the situation, I'm sure that'd be breaking the law.

When I was in year 9 and had to pick my options this is the horrific selection I was forced to take:

    Compulsory
    English Language + Literature
    Maths
    Science Double Award
    French
    RE

And I had the choice of three options which had to be a technology option and two from a different list which were:

    Non compulsory
    Art
    ICT
    Graphics

And for A Level I've applied for courses in:

    A Level
    Art
    English Language
    ICT

And I really want to do RE in another school but I don't know if any will do single subjects...

Alot of Subjects? If I had my Way, I'd be taking even More. But I'm already doing A Course outside of School, and taking the GCSE afterwards. Basically I'll be teaching Myself.

In my school the clever people (included me wooo) have to do a set of options then get to choose only some, so I have to do maths, science, french, citzenship, Religion and philosophy, P.E and english shakespere..

But for the optional ones I chose - History, Buisness studies and Food technology. Its annoying as the less intelligent people get to choose from a wide range of options.

English Shakespeare has to be the most unnappealing lesson I have ever heard of.
