Keyboard/Wii compatibility for SSBB

I have been trying to work out a way to use a keyboard as a controller, specifically for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, for some time now to no avail. After years of PC gaming, a keyboard is just universally more comfortable to use than a controller. Is there any way to configure a keyboard to work with this game, with or without mods?

I'm 99% sure there's no way to use a keyboard as a Gamecube/Classic controller replacement without some homebrew hackin', sorry t' say. In regards to possibilities with modding your Wii, Wiichat can't help ya with that sort'a stuff.

I'm pretty sure you can't use a keyboard as a Wii controller.....
