Keyboard won't work on internet channel?

It will work on memos and messages but not the internet channel? I think i read this before on another post but can't find it. Can anyone help please?

I think it originally did not work on the internet channel, but now it does. Try updating your Wii.

This could be it, Ensure you have the latest WiiUpdate, then go to the shop channel, and Download the Internet channel again, its updates and can be found in WiiWare with a update tab above it. If you already have this done, I don't know, I u don't undertsand, Pm me

Thanks for the help you guys, it now works after redownloading them both. A bit weird it saying there was no updates though and yet there we go. Oh well, thanks again.
