Lake Hyllia Bugs?

Ok so Ive gotten all but 2 of the darn bugs. 1 I know is in Hyrule castle but the 1 thats buggin me is in the lower right hand corner of the lake. I can see where I have to go but cant get up there. Theres a ladder to take a human up but how do I get up there using the wolf?

THAT'S NOT A BUG! it's a small pilar, i spent like a whole hour trying to get it, get the one in castle town then go back to the lake and the boss bug will apear.
