okay i beat the zelda puppet . and now im fighting a huge dog .. n i hit him a few times but then he changes his routine .. then i cant hit him . i turned into dog like modna said but i cant hit him after that .. i feel like an idiot but i need help

I'll tell you from the start of the boss:

Spoiler

After Puppet:
He runs at you, Shoot him with Arrows and slash his belly
Then he changes and charges at you, Turn into wolf and when he gets near you Keep hold of A and hold left or right and you'll flip him over. Then slash his belly again.
